M:Robe 500i

Last christmas I got the M:Robe 500i. Yes, it’s an old gadget, but it’s 20 GB+ touchscreen + camera makes it very neat ;) The problem began when the battery started to fail: when fully charged, it took me 30 minutes until the display shows me that the battery was already empty.

Good thing: today I got the replace battery, a 1500 mAH (the bigger, the better ;) ) now it’s recharging, but out of the box I was able to take several pictures and the battery status was still full :D I have to test it for several hours of music ;)
The bad thing is that I forgot the data cable in Austria so I have to wait until my brother sends it to me to put some music on it (although I have 900+ songs on it already :P )

Let’s wait a little bit more…

Braking up the Gallery…

Today I wanted to update my Gallery theme. All I did was break it up. I have to use an old theme (which still works) and I haven’t found a way to solve this. DAMN YOU GALLERY (although it’s my own fault…).

Instead of uninstalling the theme and the upgrade it, I just deleted the folder directly from the server.

I might get some help here, but it’s gonna take some days…

iPhone in Spain?

So rumours are spreading as the times pass. The iPhone will come to Spain between June and July with Movistar (Telefonica de España). Which seems to me that I will get a new contract with Movistar for at least 18 months!

I have a great deal with Vodafone, but I have to have that phone anyway possible…maybe paying several euros they will unlock it for me (by law they are forced to unlock it by my request), but lets make numbers:

  • 400€ for the phone
  • 9€ x 18 months = 162€
  • say 100€ to unlock it (maybe more, maybe less)

So I would be paying 662€ for an iPhone…althou it would be only 500 cash and the other 162 monthly AND I could use my Vodafone SIM-card ;)

I still have time to think about it (and save some money!!)…who knows :)

UPDATE: Search on ebay Spain, you will find a lot of iphones unlocked and with the Spanish menu, so no need to wait until Telefonica release it in Spain ;)

Decisions in Live

Sometimes you have to make a choice. The problem is when you realize the choice you made was the wrong one and would do anything in the world to take it back. And the worst that could happen, it’s when you depend on another person for the choice to be taken back. But the most horrific thing, is that, depending on that person, she don’t want to take back you choice.

Life sucks so much at some points…I want to take back my decision :(

Hugging for Huggs

There are moments in your life when you just need to be hugged. No matter why, a huge hug is always welcomed and even if there is no reason for that: it just feels good.

The Black Book of America

Following Lorelle’s post (well known by the blogcom for her tips about blogging) I take the challenge, and this the book I’m actually reading.

The Black Book of AmericaI hate Bush and I have always hated him (him and the U.S. Government, not every U.S. citizen), that’s why I bought this book (also because it was just 5€ ;)). It tells ALL the atrocities the U.S Government did in the last 80 years, from the Nuclear Bombs (which at that point weren’t needed, and nothing to say about the second Bomb, for they already trying to let the U.S. that they wanted to surrender), to the Bush Administration.

VERY interesting book to know the truth about many, many, many horrible things they did without the consentment (sometimes even knowledge) of the people. I really recommend it to everybody, U.S. Government lovers and haters equall.
